No He's Not 'Stuck With Her'!! She's A Fraudster, Deal With It!
by: Anonymous

I hate this type of 'I'm A Vctim' mentality.

He has made a mistake, and been conned by a Cuban Puta, like many men before him.

He does not have to take the ongoing punishment lying down.

He can report her to Immigration and have her visa revoked on the ground of fraud. He was conned into a fake marriage under false pretense. She lied she did not love him, she wanted a visa out of poverty.

He can immediately change his account no. Inform his bank he has married a fraudster.

He can call up the 'Toronto Sun' tell his story to highlight the massive problem of Marriage Fraud by Cubans, He can name and shame this fraudster, have her picture published.

Have her evicted from his property on the grounds of deception and fraud.

Hire a good lawyer who will act on his behalf, not hers.

Have her kicked back to Cuba asap.

When Canadian men and women stop playing the victim then we are getting somewhere towards tackling Cuban fraudsers who are causing immense damage financially and emotionaly to our people and our country.

You're stuck with her!!!!!
by: Anonymous

Once she is in Canada she is here legally. Any divorce now in Cuba will not be recognized by the Canadian government unless you or her have been living in Cuba for 1 year. If you can go and live in Cuba yourself for 1 year than a divorce for about $1,000.00 is all you need but how can you live in Cuba for 1 year.

You're stuck with her in Canada and you must be very careful dealing with her now that she is here.

Good luck

Have Her Deported!
by: Anonymous

William I am very sorry to hear of your predicament.

I do sympathise with you, and I hope that your story will be a warning to other men and women who are considering being coned into marrying a Cuban seeking a visa out of poverty.

I met a lovely man in Holguin last year. His story was similar to yours. He fell for a beautiful but shrewed Cuban woman, she told him she loved him. He arranged for the visas marriage licence notary fees and flew her to Toronto where they married, following a civil ceremony in Holguin, she insisted on another Church ceremony in Toronto.

As soon as they had walked down the aisle she changed. Lots of whispered phone calls, secret email accounts, she cold shouldered him became moody demanding, asking for more money to send back to her family in Cuba.

She began accusing him of being nasty to her, she hired a female lawyer and had him ejected from his own home which she has managed to wangle as part of their divorce settlement.

She now lives in his home with her Cuban lover (whom she had never left) and her ex husband rents a room.

So please do not allow her to hoodwink you, hire a good lawyer. Contact Canadian Immigration, have her visa revoked on the grounds of fraud. It is fraud.

Speak to your local Member of Parliament, contact the local paper highlight these marriage fraud cases which are hurting Canada and Canadians.

Set up a website to name and shame her with her picture, to warn other men about this shrewed woman who will go on to con others in the same way that she conned you.
