CUBAN DATING WEBSITE

Does anyone know where one can meet Cubans (in Cuba) online, either a dating website or otherwise? There must be someplace but I can't seem to find it.

First the Cuban situation No one in Cuba has internet at home. Cubans have to go to an internet section at the Cuban Post Office (Correos de Cuba) All (most) foreign websites are blocked in Cuba and not accessible for Cubans. It's strictly forbidden to get involved with sex (dating) related subjects. The import of sex movies, dvd's, even magazines "style Playboy" is forbidden. Officially there's no prostitution in Cuba, but young Cuban girls named Jineteras
are acting like part-time escort
girls.
They walk in the tourist areas of Old Havana
looking for tourists with a thick wallet. The police is hunting for the jineteras, there are frequent identity checks.

"The situation outside Cuba" There are a few websites with Latin American dates, but who can check their identity?
The online dating world is notorious for scams. Never send any money, the classic scam is a date asking to send money to come to your country etc.etc. When they get the money they disappear. Police officials report that scammers operate from Eastern Europe servers and most of the dates where ficticious, the fotos fake, the mails send by students for a fee.


Even off-line dating can be dangerous, read the many sad stories (scams) of visitors of this website.

What about the Cayo Coco dancers that went to go work in Jamaica?

They didn't even bother to tell their boyfriend(s) or girlfriend(s) that they were leaving, they just disappeared and started their new lives. Why would they tell them anyway; they have achieved their life goal of leaving Cuba, so there is no more use for the yuma. Given that they were already sleeping with each other it was win-win all around.

I don't know why on earth you would want to actively seek out a Cuban woman. The majority of these people have the inevitable 'daddy issues' as a result of their absent fathers. They then continue the cycle of becoming a whore and then reproducing with a foreigner, with whom they become pregnant. Rinse and repeat for generation after generation.

There is one female entertainer who used to work at the Melia Cayo Coco who was in a long-term 'relationship' with a member of the cabin crew for a major UK airline. She always came across as a whore. This cabin crew guy turned up unannounced and when he went to her room, she had photographs of her other boyfriend all over. He wrote a letter of complaint to the management and she 'lost' her job, but only for a short while. She had to clean for a few weeks, but then was allowed back into her job.

I haven't been back to Cuba for years. I kept in touch with some Cubans for a year or so after my last visit, but once they realised I wasn't going to send anything to them it all went quiet. The majority of the people I knew are now on Facebook, living in Florida, Canada or the UK, frequently with some unattractive native.
