Divorce from a cubano based on adultery-granted in Canada

My ex-cubano currently lives with a woman who just had his child. I successfully sued him for divorce based on adultery, neither he nor she contested it, there are no children and he did not bring forward requests regarding assets, my pension etc. I would like to divorce him in Havana with the same grounds. I have photos, emails, etc. How do I go about doing this and is this one of the grounds for divorce in Cuba?

ANSWER: by Vic webmaster Havana-guide.com

First this answer is NOT a legal advice, so I strongly recommend you to seek legal advise from a competent lawyer in Cuba. In general the procedure is rather simple and the divorce can be done without the agreement of the counterparty.
In the majority of the cases you don't have to proof adultery or guilt.

Another aspect to this: if he now lives in Canada and has permenant residence, do I need to go to Havana to divorce him or can I file my Canadian divorce with the Cuban embassy in Toronto? Anyone out there had experience with this?
