we are somali students who want to study the Spanish language in Cuba, so how can we get a Student Visa.

The normal procedure is to contact the Cuban embassy in your country. I'm not sure if there's a Cuban embassy at this moment in Somalia. Try to contact the Cuban embassy in neighbour countries such as Kenia etc.
