Can a cubana who has children in the military (one in the military the other in military school) marry a Canadian?

Probably : yes!
But there might other restrictions. (is she officially divorced?, is the ex-husband a military too? Does she have a criminal record? etc., etc., etc,) The proof is in eating of the pudding! Apply for a marriage and she if they will approve the documents!
