National Aquarium Havana Cuba
The Acuario Nacional de Cuba, situated at 1st avenue #4508 Miramar Playa, Havana shows tropical and subtropical fishes. The aquarium is a mixture of an educational and recreational concept. There is a special section for sea lions and dolphins. In a small amphitheatre a spectacular dolphin show with many stunts is shown. An excellent venue for a sunday afternoon with the children.
Goals of the Acuario Nacional de CubaThe Acuario Nacional promoted since its opening educational activities and popular knowledge about the sea and its resources.The Acuario Nacional de Cuba has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Education about the insertion of the program "Let's know the sea" in the Cuban National Education System.
