Surely there is a means for Cubans

Surely there is a means for Cubans to bring construction materials and medicines from other countries without the US knowing.
I would think sailboats, small ships or larger boats could get to Cuba away from the US or the Bahamas.

This is a lovely society and for all the poverty live a simpler life.
