Trinidad Cigar

che guevara with cigar The Trinidad Cuban cigar is one of the “new” Cuban brands that will be marketed to the US once the embargo is lifted.
The Trinidad Fundadores has been produced solely for Fidel Castro since 1980.
Later the Trinidad's just like the Cohiba cigars were used as a gift to diplomats and foreign visitors.
They were first made available for public consumption in Canada and Mexico in April 1998, and later became available to the world market.

The Trinidad Cuban cigars are fabricated in the "El Laguito" factory in Havana Miramar together with the Cohiba cigars. These Trinidads have a taste all their own, with a construction that gives flawless smoking from beginning to end. The smoke produced by the Trinidad cigars is very smooth and the taste mild.
