USD bank transfer from Cuba to UK

I need to transfer approximately 70.000 USD from an account held in the Cuban branch of a foreign bank UK. What is a legal way to do it?

Don't take this as a legal advice, contact a lawyer in Cuba. To my knowledge it's forbidden to transfer any foreign money out of Cuba.
To enter or leave Cuba with cash you have to fill out a Customs declaration. Each amount above 5000 USD (or equivalent) can be considered as money laundering and confiscated. Imprisonment may follow! I am afraid this can be a very very risky business!
